Pertussis Resources

Pertussis (Whooping Cough) disease can vary in symptoms from mild respiratory infection to explosive coughing and wheezing that can interrupt breathing. It is spread through respiratory droplets. This disease is especially hazardous to infants and people in whom the immune system is compromised. Immunizations are available to help prevent this infection.
