Special Needs Alert Form

The Brown County Sheriff's Office in partnership with Brown County Public Safety Communications have released a Special Needs Alert Form. This form will help our police officers, fire fighters, EMS personnel and dispatchers better serve our community. The form is voluntary and gives us information on any special needs a specific individual living in the home (all ages) may have; for example, someone with autism who has no sense of danger.

The public and organizations who serve special populations are encouraged to download, disseminate and scan, email, or mail the form for inclusion in or CAD (computer aided dispatch) database.
