Disability Services

The goal of disability services is to help families support their child with a disability in the home and community. Supports/services are based on the specific needs of the child and individualized outcomes that the family would like to see for the child. For qualified families, services can cover children from birth to the age of 22.

Programs Offered

Services are available under the Long Term Support Waiver to respond to the needs of children with Autism Spectrum disorders.
