Trails Are Open Daily 8am to Sunset
Please…

Obey trail signs and closures; stay on marked bridle trails.
  • No pets allowed on County Park lands.
  • Yield right-of-way to all trail users.
  • No grazing along trails.
  • Walk, trot, canter - no racing.
  • Attach pass to outer clothing or horse bridle so pass is visible at all times.
  • Report trail hazards, violations and incidents to County Park Staff.
  • Bring your own water.
It is unlawful…
  • To pick wildflowers and destroy, molest or deface trees, disturb wild animals, plants or natural features.
  • To not clean up all manure and litter.
  • To leave marked trails.
  • To solicit business of any nature, place signs or distribute hand bills.
  • To camp.
  • For horses & trailers to be in undesignated parking lots and developed park areas.
Trail Fees:

Fees for County Trails (Neshota & Reforestation Camp) - A County trail pass is required for all persons age 16 years or older.
  • Daily passes are $5.00 and can be purchased at the Trailheads.
  • Annual passes are $30.00 and can be purchased at the Trailhead or at the below vendor:

Fees for Wisconsin State Trails (Fox River Trail) - An Annual State Trail Pass or a Daily Pass is required for horseback riders age 16 years or older.
  • Daily passes are $5.00 and can be purchased at the Trailheads.
  • Annual passes are $25.00 and can be purchased at the Trailhead or click here for a list of vendors.

You can also call our park office at (920) 448-6242 and we can process your Visa or MasterCard payment and mail the annual pass to you.

Reforestation Camp Horse Trail Conditions
12.7.17CLOSEDThe horse trails are currently open but will CLOSE for the season at sunset on Monday, November 13, 2017. Please note, the south end of the main loop is closed due to logging operations onsite. Please remain on the short loop.
