Community Resource Assistant

Part-time position (30 hours/week) available to develop, maintain, use and disseminate comprehensive, reliable and accurate resources that contain detailed information about the full range of programs and services available for people who are older and/or have disabilities in the communities serviced by the ADRC. Works collaboratively with internal and external partners in order to advocate for customer needs, to reduce duplication of effort and to assure service information is compltee, up to date and accessible to people with impairments or disablities that limit access to standard web formats.

Two years post-secondary education in a business, information technology or human services related field and/or two years' experience working with informaiton and referral, human services or social services area, or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma or HSED plus three years of experience in an office environment or other setting which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Persons with disabilities and/or Bi-lingual are encouraged to apply.
Pro-rated benefits included based on 30 hours/week.

Application Process - Create an Account

The ADRC of Brown County works with Brown County Human Services for all it's recruiting needs. Applications must be completed using Neo-Gov Brown County's on-line system. Applications are stored on a secure site. Only authorized employees have access to the information submitted.

You will need to create an account and select an Username and Password. Once this is set up you can build an application which will remain on file for one year. You can submit an application at anytime and using the Job Interest Cards, indicate your areas of interest. For the next 12 months after you submit this form, you will receive an email notification each time a position opens with Brown County or the ADRC of Brown County whose category matches one of the Job Interest Cards you've chosen. You will receive a reminder email in 11 months giving you an opportunity at that time to extend your notifications for another year.
