Participants in this training event will receive a soil health testing kit and training on how to use the kit to compare the soil health in different fields in their farming operation. The kit includes a soil compaction probe, soil infiltration test, soil aggregation stability (slake) test, digital soil thermometer and resources to help you understand how to improve soil health on your farm.
Pre-registration is required by July 15.. The cost of the field training and kit is $25.
