Maple Syrupin'...A Celebration of Spring ~ Saturday, March 28 from 9:30am-3:00pm

Explore the age-old tradition of making maple syrup with the entire family. Stop in at the Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve anytime between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to learn more about this fascinating process. Fun and informative, this day will feature educational stations through the "sugar bush", a close-up look at our evaporating cabin and ice cream with our own Barkhausen Maple Syrup. No registration is necessary for this program - just come on out. Fees for the program are $3 for students, $5 for adults or $15 for families. Hope to see you there!
