Substance abuse services offered by this facility:

1. Intake, assessment, or referral

2. Substance abuse treatment that focuses on establishing and maintaining an individual’s recovery from substance abuse and on preventing relapse

This facility offers treatment services to the following individuals:
(interventions include therapy or psychotropic medication that treat a person’s mental health problem or condition, reduce symptoms, and improve behavioral functioning and outcomes)
  • Individuals with substance abuse issues
  • Individuals with both mental health concerns & substance abuse issues
The primary focus of this facility is a combination of mental health and substance abuse treatment services

Assessment and pre-treatment services provided by this facility include:
  • Screening for substance abuse
  • Screening for mental health disorders
  • Comprehensive substance abuse assessment or diagnosis
  • Comprehensive mental health assessment or diagnosis
  • Outreach to persons in the community who may need treatment
  • Interim services for clients when immediate admission is not possible
Intoxicated Driver Assessment
If you've been convicted of an Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) offense, part of your court order will include a requirement to undergo an alcohol and other drug assessment. Intoxicated Driver Program
Once the assessment is completed, you will receive a driver safety plan. If that driver safety plan requires you to go through treatment, there are a number of agencies to choose from. If you have insurance coverage, you may choose from providers that accept your coverage. If you do not have insurance coverage, many of the agencies offer services for fees that may be set based on your income.

  • Assistance with obtaining social services (for example, Medicaid, WIC, SSI, SSDI)

  • Treatment for Internet use disorder
  • Treatment for other addiction disorder (non-substance abuse)
  • Medications for psychiatric disorders

We accept clients who are on methadone, buprenorphine, oral naltrexone, and/or injectable Vivitrol® maintenance or treatment, but these medications may originate from or be prescribed by another entity. (The medications may or may not be stored/delivered/monitored onsite.)
