 For a number of years, Brown County UW-Extension has supported the development or urban community gardens throughout the Green Bay area. The gardens are managed cooperatively by Brown County UW-Extension, the Brown County Food & Hunger Network, the City of Green Bay, and local volunteers. Financial support comes from the UW System, the United States Department of Agriculture, and local private donors.
